In-house massage and natural therapies

Treatments in the house

Arinya is a haven of the senses. Our therapists come to you, so there is nowhere to drive to and nothing to do afterwards but sink into the lounge by the fire. Choose from the menu below — every session is tailored to what you need on the day.

• Arinya Signature Treatment — relaxation massage, botanical facial and foot massage
• Relaxation massage — smooth and gentle, the one to choose if you simply want to be pampered
• Remedial massage — balances muscle, soft tissue and tension to restore mobility
• Hot stone massage — heated basalt stones melt away tension and ease stiffness
• Deep tissue massage — firm pressure and slow strokes for chronic aches, stiff necks and sore shoulders
• Lomi lomi — the flowing Hawaiian massage that works body, energy and mind together
• Skin rejuvenation — full-body exfoliation, body-butter back and neck massage, back mask, scalp and hand massage
• Botanical facial — a customisable one-hour facial: hydrating, deep cleansing, regenerative or purifying
• Yoga and meditation — private sessions for your group, outdoors September to March

Booking and payment

Book treatments when you reserve your stay — our therapists work across several sites and appointments cannot always be guaranteed. Payment is made on the day, in cash or by bank transfer, direct to the therapist. Treatments cancelled within 48 hours of the stay are charged in full.

Massages are included in the Intimate Retreat For Two, Group Escape and Wellness Group packages.
