Yoga retreat

Find your flow in Daylesford

Practise yoga surrounded by 80 hectares of bushland at Arinya, where the mat goes down on the earth beneath towering trees and the only audience is native birdlife. Ninety minutes from Melbourne.

Outdoor yoga in nature

There is something profound about practising outdoors — grounded by the earth beneath your mat and sheltered by the eucalyptus overhead. Morning practice as the sun rises over Hepburn Regional Park, birdsong as the soundtrack, the scent of native plants on clean air. Outdoor sessions run from September to March; in the cooler months we practise inside by the open fire.

Private sessions for your group

Yoga and meditation sessions are private to your booking — $150 for a one-hour session for two to four people, and $15 for each extra guest. Choose restorative and gentle yoga for deep release, vinyasa and flow to build strength and mindfulness, yin for long-held stillness, or guided meditation and breathwork you can take home. Mats are available in the house.

Yoga and massage, together

Yoga prepares the body to receive deeper bodywork, and massage releases what limits your practice. Pair a morning session with an afternoon treatment in the house and feel the difference on the mat the next day.

Beyond the mat

The whole environment supports mindfulness and presence: walking meditation through the park, a mindful farm-to-table meal, silent moments watching wildlife. The Wellness Group Package bundles outdoor yoga with massages, breakfast and grazing boards for up to seven guests — see offers and packages.
